Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of work experience in marketing and lead generation is preferred.

Desired Skills, Traits, Abilities, & Qualifications
•The person should have hands-on and managerial experience owning Demand Generation and be proficient at working with various forms of marketing automation
•Experience working with all levels within an organization
•Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
•Ability to work on numerous projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic multi-location environment, while maintaining a team-oriented approach
•Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.)
•Frequent sitting and/or standing

This person will own the overall Demand Generation strategy for their segments and will work cross-functionally to design, execute, and optimize demand gen programs for clients to find jobs.
•You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and stakeholders from different departments at once
•Create, guide, and manage inbound campaigns across digital channels and stakeholders including webinars, email, nurture, digital advertising, direct mail, and more
•Work closely with Marketing Operations on testing/optimization of marketing automation platform (Marketo)
•Analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize for engagement, pipeline creation, pipeline influence, and ROI
•Identify new opportunities to reach new clients, including new formats and delivery mechanisms
